Sonoma Valley Basin Advisory Panel

The Sonoma Valley Basin Advisory Panel (BAP) was assembled to oversee the collaborative development and implementation of a non-regulatory Groundwater Management Plan for Sonoma Valley, under the technical lead of the Sonoma County Water Agency (SCWA), with additional funding and support provided by City of Sonoma, County of Sonoma, Sonoma County Agricultural Preservation and Open Space District, Sonoma Valley County Sanitation District, and the Valley of the Moon Water District. This group includes representatives from local government, non-profit organizations, agriculture, and private homeowners that actively promote and oversee activities including volunteer groundwater table monitoring and implementation of conservation and groundwater recharge projects.
